.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
A WINTER STORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THE ALLEGHENY AND POTOMAC
HIGHLANDS. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR ALL OTHER
LOCATIONS WEST OF THE BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAINS AND ALSO NELSON COUNTY
IN CENTRAL VIRGINIA. SEE /WBCWSWLWX/ FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
LOW PRESSURE WILL IMPACT THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH
TONIGHT...BRINGING SNOW. SNOW MAY MIX WITH RAIN IN THE VALLEYS
AND LOWER ELEVATIONS. ACCUMULATING SNOW IS EXPECTED. A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY MAY BE NEEDED FOR LOCATIONS EAST OF THE BLUE
RIDGE MOUNTAINS IN NORTHERN AND CENTRAL VIRGINIA AS WELL AS
PORTIONS OF NORTHERN MARYLAND. PLEASE FOLLOW THE LATEST UPDATES

I almost couldn't believe my eyes when I saw your blogheader come up to the forefront again! Your much witty posts and blogs have been so sorely missed by many around here and we all hope you'll pop up or by more often!!
Seems our normal vernal equinox should be renamed venal, as spring's lengthy delay seems caused by the corruption of a grasping winter! Much of Massachusetts' coastlines and a few longtime shoreline properties have been destroyed by recent raging Nor'easters. Glad I live much farther inland!!
Hope everything's going well for you and yours behind the WU scenes and, again, please don't be a stranger!!! I think the WU coast is now relatively clear from past trolls! LOL!
P.S. This is the only sign of a spring seen by many right now! LOL!
