A fast-moving wave of low pressure brought sleet and snow to north Texas and parts of southern Oklahoma overnight.
Sleet and snow were responsible for multiple accidents. Following the 911 vehicle accident calls in Wichita Falls for a three-hour period this morning, the average was 10 accidents at any given time.

Residents of Texoma are waking up to snow-covered ground this morning, as a band of snow ahead of a wave of low pressure in southeastern Colorado swept through the area just after midnight.
Most of this should melt off later in the afternoon as temperatures climb into the mid 40's.
