Now it's the time to think about this hurricane season, I am forecasting
14 named storms
7 hurricanes
3 major hurricanes

This year will be slightly above average due to expected El NiƱo, but with warmer than average sea surface temperatures in the MDR.

I put into account the recent trend of weak, short-lasting tropical storms.
