Anyway have a great Wednesday. Time to grab some breakfast, a coffee and take my meds.
Sounds like our weather patterns are fairly in sync with the other. We're presently getting a reprieve from the dismal rain with a peek-a-boo sun, temps supposedly rising to 79F (?) along with humidity. Tomorrow afternoon, I have an appointment scheduled for a teeth cleaning that may coincide with a thunderstorm. I can imagine me constrained to a dental chair, with metal instruments or electrical equipment in or near my mouth, when a clap of thunder occurs. ARGH! It would also be of little consolation to me if, during the xray phase, a lightning bolt hit the building. Sadly, they don't make radiation bibs large enough. LOL!
While reading your post of yesterday, I had to laugh, too, about those enjoyable early episodes of TV's "Star Trek" from the late 60's. The wonders of medical science have put to the test in helping William Shatner remain recognizable these days ... eh? LOL! Nevertheless, the 60's and 70's certainly was an era when producers gave us such inventive and cleverly written shows to watch. I don't find much of that around these days.
Have a good night!
Well since its only 4:30 in the morning, I think I will head back to bed for a few more hours of zzzzzzzz's. Catch you all later.
Time for morning coffee with the Queen.
have a good day.
My AC guys are coming tomorrow morning to check the AC and top up the freeon gas at no cost as its part of the work order for when I had the furnace put in last fall. Now that I like. Going to need it as Sunday our temps are up into the 90s with humidexs over l00F....nasty nasty weather and its only May....
Good Afternoon, Alley!
Glad to hear such good news posted by you. I agree wholeheartedly about the larger litany of side-effects seen or advertised about these more modern drugs versus their actual benefits. So ridiculous and makes me wonder how much longer pharmaceutical companies are going to be using patients, who are in dire need of much safer relief, as veritable guinea pigs or sacrificial lamhs to their refutable products.
Looks like the hot spell heading our way tomorrow, (near 90F?!) may be reaching your region on Sunday. We, too, are prepping our air conditioner just in case. Thankfully, since installing new larger windows last year, we have far better circulation and can get away with using mostly circular fans. Here's hoping! LOL!
Kudos, again, on getting your health issues addressed to where you may finally receive much needed relief! Have a decent weekend!
Anyway, have a wonderful day where ever you are. Florida and Georgia, batten down the hatches, looks like you will be getting some strong winds from Beryl...Good luck. Stay safe, stay aware and be prepared.
Have a nice evening!
Enjoy the day.
