A strong storm system will likely impact the Northeast regions tonight into Wednesday morning. Maine and New Hampshire will have the greatest threat for significant snowfall. Locally higher amounts may be possible, especially in higher elevations. The current NAM model suggests 2 snow systems capable of producing heavy snow. The first one will likely come through tonight into tomorrow morning while an even stronger system forms from the behind. The snow is expected to begin weakening during Wednesday morning. Use extreme caution and continue monitoring weather conditions when driving as roads will likely be hazardous.
