Cool tonight

It is cool and clear tonight.The snow is crunchyThe moon is bright.Temperature is in the -18C (0F) range but relief is in sight.Suppose to get above freezing in a few days.

First Fall Snowfall

The first snowfall of the season has arrived. It started about 8:30 PM last evening and finally taper off sometime overnight. It is white and bright this AM. Birdfeeders are busy this morning with chickadees, nuthatches, woodpeckers and bluejays. Temperature is hovering around -7C (20F).
