Synopsis
A weak trough of low pressure over the east central and north central Gulf of Mexico will move northwest across the central Gulf Coast today. This will cause a slight increase in winds and an increase in showers and thunderstorms on Wednesday. Surface high pressure will rebuild over the eastern and northern Gulf of Mexico Thursday through Saturday.
