South Santee River South Carolina out to 20 nautical miles... high pressure centered over the Chesapeake Bay will continue to control the weather through Wednesday. An area of low pressure will move across the southeastern United States Thursday and Friday bringing a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Northeast winds are expected to return by the weekend as high pressure ridges in from the north.
