South Santee River South Carolina out to 20 nautical miles... a trough of low pressure will persist across the central Carolinas through Tuesday. A cold front will move into the area by Wednesday...and stall to our south Thursday. Swells from Hurricane Ike will affect the coastal waters through the first half of the week.
