This represents a slight downward trend from the previous advisory.

a Flood Watch remains in effect for the entire area and flooding
will be possible today and tonight. Storm total rainfall amounts
of 2 to 4 inches will be possible on average with locally higher
totals. The greatest threat of flooding appears to be across
portions of Madison... Lafayette... Taylor... and Dixie counties in
the Florida Big Bend. In those locations... localized areas of
excessive rainfall over 5 inches will be possible.
