A red flag warning remains in effect until 12 PM PDT Friday.

East to northeast winds of 15 to 30 mph... with local gusts to
45 mph... will continue through Friday morning. Overnight humidity
recoveries in these areas will remain at or below 30 percent.
Critical fire conditions are expected to continue overnight into
Friday morning. Winds will likely decrease by early Friday
afternoon... and higher humidity is expected Friday night.

Please advise the appropriate officials or fire crews in the
field of this red flag warning.
