For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude..
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane
Norbert...over the Gulf of California about 75 miles west of los
mochis Mexico...and on Tropical Storm Odile...located about 90
miles southeast of Manzanillo Mexico.
Elsewhere...tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the
next 48 hours.
