Wind Chill Advisory

... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 11 am CST this
morning...

* wind chill values... as low as 35 below.

* Frostbite times... 15 to 30 minutes for any exposed skin under
these conditions.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and winds will
combine to generate very cold wind chills. This may result in
hypothermia and possibly frost bite... if precautions are not
taken. If you venture outdoors... make sure cover as much exposed
skin as possible to negate the effects of the wind.
