Rhode Island and southeast MA with improvement toward daybreak...

Areas of fog across portions of Rhode Island and southeast will
persist into the overnight hours. The fog may be locally
dense... reducing visibility to one quarter of a mile or less at
times. Visibility should improve toward daybreak... but until then
motorists are urged to drive with extra caution.
