Tolland and Windham counties in Connecticut. Clear skies and diminishing winds tonight will allow areas of frost to develop across this area late tonight. The outlying areas are most likely to be affected... as well as the east slopes of the Berkshires. Temperatures are expected to drop into the lower to mid 30s prior to daybreak.
