Statement as of 7:53 PM MST on November 12, 2009 ... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 8 am MST Friday... A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 8 am MST Friday. Snow will continue to develop over the mountains of south central Wyoming by early Thursday evening as a cold front moves across the area. Snow is expected to fall into Friday morning and may be heavy at times. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 9 inches are expected by late Friday morning before the snow tapers off. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while driving.
