* at 608 PM MDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a
severe thunderstorm capable of producing Golf Ball size hail. This
storm was located near Douglas... and moving southeast at 20 mph.

* The severe thunderstorm will be near...
Esterbrook around 700 PM MDT.

Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include I-25
exit 135.

This includes Interstate 25 in Wyoming between mile markers 115 and
146.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

This is a dangerous storm. If you are in its path... prepare
immediately for large destructive hail capable of producing
significant damage. People outside should move to a shelter...
preferably inside a strong building and away from windows.

This storm has a history of producing large hail. Seek shelter now
inside a sturdy structure and stay away from windows!

To report severe weather... contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
in Cheyenne.

eastern Albany County in southeast Wyoming
southern Platte County in southeast Wyoming
western Goshen County in southeast Wyoming

* until 830 PM MDT

* at 519 PM MDT... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
thunderstorms with heavy rainfall across the advisory area. Doppler
radar estimated one to two inches of rain had fallen across
southern Platte County from Wheatland to Bordeaux to extreme
southwest Platte County.

* Runoff from this excessive rainfall will cause minor flooding to
occur... especially along small streams and near low water
crossings. Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Bordeaux... Chugwater and Grayrocks Reservoir.

This includes Interstate 25 in Wyoming between mile markers 53 and
79.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

An additional one inch of rainfall is still possible in the advisory
area.

Excessive runoff from this storm will cause minor flooding of small
creeks and streams... highways and underpasses. Additionally... country
roads and farmlands along the banks of creeks and streams and other
low lying areas are subject to minor flooding.

Do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the
roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross
safely.

To report flooding... have the nearest law enforcement agency relay
your report to the National Weather Service forecast office in
Cheyenne.
