... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 6 PM MST this
evening...

A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 6 PM MST this
evening.

* Summary and timing... moderate to occasionally heavy snow through
the mid-morning hours. Snow will become light this afternoon...
tapering off this evening.

* Snow accumulations... snowfall of 3 to 4 inches was reported
around midnight.

* Additional snowfall... an additional 2 to 3 inches will be
possible through the afternoon hours.

* Wind and visibility... north wind 10 to 20 mph with areas of
blowing snow and limited visibility below one mile today. Wind
chills will be near 20 below zero at times.

* Impacts... snowfall will create snow packed roadways resulting in
difficult travel. Windy conditions will create low visibility
and low wind chills today which could be deadly to Newborn
livestock and could cause frost bite to humans and animals who
are left exposed to the conditions for an extended period of
time.
