Statement as of 6:24 PM MDT on July 25, 2008 ... Strong storms moving into far western Converse County... At 622 PM... radar showed a band of strong storms moving into the far northwest part of Converse County. These storms were about 40 miles north northeast of Casper... and moving east at 25 mph. Brief heavy rain... small hail and gusty winds to 50 mph will be possible with these storms through 730 PM across the western and central parts of Converse County.
