* Summary and timing... snow will be moderate to heavy in intensity at times this morning.
* Snow accumulations... 2 to 5 inches have fallen around the Casper area with lighter amounts west towards Hiland and Waltman. Total snowfall of 2 to 6 inches is expected by noon.
* Wind and visibility... northeast wind of 10 to 20 mph with gusts around 25 mph will combine with occasional moderate snow to produce visibility under one half mile at times.
* Impacts... area highways and city roads will continue slick... especially this morning. This will make for hazardous Road conditions during the morning commute. Ranchers should take precautions now to protect Young livestock.
