... Rain is changing to heavy snow along Interstate 80 near
Cheyenne...

Snowlevels have lowered to around 6000 feet with rain changing
over to locally heavy snow after midnight. Motorists traveling
along i80 from Laramie to southern Nebraska should be prepared for
a sudden drop in visibilities below one mile and slick roadways. A
Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for the Interstate 80
Summit between Laramie and Cheyenne tonight.
