... Record daily maximum precipitation set at Casper Monday...

A wet and cold winter storm system moved across Wyoming Monday night
and dropped enough moisture to set a record precipitation of 0.48 of
an inch at the Natrona County International Airport near Casper
yesterday. This breaks the old record of 0.29 of an inch that was
set back in 1966.

a relatively quick but significant snowfall on both sides of the
