Just before 11 o'clock... gusty showers... associated with a cold front... were racing northeast at 45 mph through the mid Ohio Valley around Parkersburg and Marietta... on down the Interstate 77 corridor around Ripley... to Charleston... then south along Route 119 around Madison... Logan... and Williamson.
Between 11 PM and midnight... these gusty will streak further northeast ... To include such communities as Beckley... Oak Hill... Clay... Grantsville... Glenville... Pennsboro... and Middlebourne.
Winds gusts of 30 to 40 mph are possible. An unusual flash of December lightning and rumble of thunder could even occur.
Be cautious driving overnight. Some debris... or weak tree branches... may be blown onto roads. Some power fluctuations or outages may still happen.
