* locations... western Greenbrier County.

* Hazard types... accumulating snow showers... blowing snow and
wind chills.

* Accumulations... additional snow accumulation of 3 to 4 inches.

* Timing... snow will continue through early Thursday.

* Impacts... roads will be snow covered and slick. Visibilities
will be reduced at times in heavier snow and blowing snow.

* Winds... west 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph by Wednesday
evening.

* Temperatures... lows Wednesday morning 7 to 16. Highs on
Wednesday afternoon 9 to 19. Lows Wednesday night into
Thursday morning around 3.

* Wind chills... 10 below zero to 5 above zero this morning. 5
below to 20 below zero Wednesday night.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow means severe winter weather
conditions are expected or occurring. Significant amounts of snow
are forecast that will make travel dangerous. Only travel in an
emergency. If you must travel... keep an extra flashlight... food...
and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.

If you have to venture outside make sure you wear layers of loose
fitting... lightweight clothing... a hat and gloves. Make sure
your pets are kept warm as well.

National Weather Service via email at rnk.Skywarn@noaa.Gov or at

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
If you must venture outdoors... make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
