Special Statement
Statement as of 6:19 AM EST on March 02, 2015

Icy Road conditions will be possible this morning with roadways
still wet or still snow/slush covered from earlier precipitation
and below freezing temperatures. Drivers are urged to allow for extra driving
time and exercise caution during the morning commute... especially over
bridges... overpasses... and along secondary roads that are less
likely to have been treated. Remember that ice covered roads often
cannot be visually distinguished from wet pavement and four wheel
drive vehicles are not any less likely to lose control on ice.
