Just before 10 o'clock... gusty showers... associated with a cold front... were racing northeast at 45 mph through the tri state around such communities as Ironton... Huntington... Gallipolis... Wayne... and Point Pleasant.
Between 10 and 11 PM... these gusty will streak into up the Ohio Valley to include Ripley... Parkersburg and Marietta. Gusty showers will also fly up the Route 119 corridor from Williamson... to the Kanawha valley around Charleston and on toward Spencer.
Winds gusts to around 40 mph are possible. An unusual flash of December lightning and rumble of thunder are even possible.
Be cautious driving overnight. Some debris... or weak tree branches... may be blown onto roads.
