* locations... portions of southern and southeast West Virginia and
southwest Virginia.

* Hazard types... freezing rain... sleet... and snow.

* Snow accumulations... 2 to 5 inches possible.

* Sleet and ice accumulations... up to half an inch of sleet
possible... with one to two tenths of an inch ice accretion
possible.

* Timing... Wednesday night into Thursday.

* Impacts... untreated roads and sidewalks could become snow and
ice covered. Snow could cause downed tree limbs and power
outages.
