morning...
... Winter Weather Advisory has expired...

* hazard types... bitter wind chills.

* Wind chill readings... as low as 11 below.

* Timing... through mid to late morning.

* Impacts... dangerous wind chills.

* Winds... northwest 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* Temperatures... 9 to 16 above.

* Wind chill... as low as 11 below due to temperatures 9 to 16
above... and northwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45
mph.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
If you must venture outdoors... make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
