The storms will affect an area bounded by Tomahawk and Crandon on the north...and Wausau and Neopit on the south. Brief heavy rain and gusty winds will accompany the storms. Small hail is also possible. Conditions are also favorable for additional showers and thunderstorms to develop farther south across central Wisconsin during the morning.
