* Ice accumulations of up to a quarter of an inch are expected from this afternoon through Thursday night. Highest snowfall amounts of 12 to 18 inches are expected from points west of a line from Charles City Iowa to Arcadia Wisconsin... with 6 to 12 inches east of this line.
* Hazardous travel conditions are expected today through Christmas day due to snow and ice accumulations.
