... Another night of bitterly cold wind chills expected over
north-central Wisconsin...

Arctic air will sink southward into northern Wisconsin tonight...
and then continue into Thursday. The combination of 5 to 10 mph
winds and temperatures falling into the single digits below zero
will result in wind chills down to around 20 below zero late
tonight into early Wednesday morning.

If proper precautions are not taken... wind chills this low can
result in frost bite to exposed skin in 30 minutes. Be sure to
dress appropriately if heading outside late tonight or tomorrow
morning.
