... Bitterly cold temperatures and wind chills return...

An Arctic air mass has once again settled over southern Wisconsin.
Temperatures for tonight and Friday night will drop to nearly ten
below zero inland from Lake Michigan. The winds will remain
relatively light but will still cause wind chill temperatures to
drop in the teens below zero at times. The bitterly cold
temperatures and wind chills will linger into the morning daylight
hours on Friday and Saturday as well. Temperatures are expected
to rise into the teens for each afternoon.

If going out... be sure to dress in layers and limit exposure.
