Cloudy with a chance of snow showers. Blowing and drifting snow in the evening. Colder and blustery. Lows 4 above to 1 below zero. Northwest wind 15 to 25 mph. Chance of snow 40 percent. Wind chills to 20 below zero.

* Light snow will gradually increase in intensity this evening before becoming heavy at times overnight into Wednesday morning. The heaviest snow should fall between midnight and noon on Wednesday.
* 6 to 10 inches of accumulation is expected.
* The combination of snow... winds to 30 mph late tonight and Wednesday... and low visibilities due to blowing and drifting snow will make this a dangerous winter storm.
