As the noon hour approached a few thunderstorms were beginning to develop in western Wisconsin. One of the stronger storms was near Baldwin with others developing around Stanley and Rice Lake. Additional storms will likely develop during the early afternoon. Due to the slow motion of these storms they could produce rainfall amounts in the half inch to one inch range.
