A band of rain is moving out of eastern Minnesota into western Wisconsin. The leading edge will move to Ladysmith...Chippewa Falls...Eau Claire and Augusta by around 800 am. The trailing edge will follow by around 1000 am. A wide spread tenth of an inch of rain is expected over western Wisconsin this morning...with up to a quarter inch of rain south of I-94...from Menomonie to Eau Claire...and Augusta. Light snow is falling over western Minnesota...little accumulation expected. Light snow will spread into eastern Minnesota and will mix with rain and sleet this morning.
