Wind Chill Advisory
Issued: 3:11 AM CST Feb. 12, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Wind Chill Advisory in effect from midnight tonight to 9 am
CST Saturday...

The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a Wind Chill
Advisory... which is in effect from midnight tonight to 9 am CST
Saturday.

* Wind chills will drop to 20 to 25 below zero tonight and early
Saturday.

* The cold wind chills will cause frostbite on exposed skin in as
little as 20 to 30 minutes.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to generate low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia
can occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat
and gloves.
