Special Statement
Statement as of 9:50 AM CST on March 03, 2015

... Bands of moderate to heavy snow to move across the north-central
and northeast Wisconsin this morning...

Bands of moderate to sometimes heavy snow will move across north-central
and northeast Wisconsin this morning. Visibilities in the heavier snow
bands will drop down to around a quarter of a mile at times... and produce
snowfall rates of an inch or two per hour. Also... patchy freezing drizzle
is also possible at times across portions of central and northeast
Wisconsin. Motorists are urged to slow down this morning and allow
extra time to reach your destination... especially if you encounter
the heavier snow bands. Due to the high snowfall rates... treated
roads could become snow covered and slippery again.

The heavier snow should begin to taper off around noon across north-
central and central Wisconsin... and early this afternoon across northeast
and east-central Wisconsin.
