... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 6 am CST this
* plan on wind chills of 15 to 25 below zero through 6 am.
* Frost bite can occur in as little as 30 minutes if exposed skin
is not protected.
A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and strong winds
will combine to generate low wind chills. This will result in
frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
