... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect until 9 am CST
* low wind chill indices are expected overnight. The wind chill
index could drop as low as 35 below zero at times over north-
central Wisconsin... and as low as 30 below zero across central
through northeast Wisconsin. Wind chills around 20 below zero
are expected across east-central Wisconsin.
* Wind chills this low can cause frost bite to exposed skin in
20 to 30 minutes.
A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and winds will
generate low wind chills. This will result in frostbite and lead
to hypothermia if precautions are not taken. If going outdoors...
make sure you wear a hat and gloves.

... Light snow could make untreated roads slippery this morning...
A band of light snow across west-central and northwest Wisconsin
will move across the area between 4 am and 8 am. Snowfall
accumulations less than an inch are expected with this band of
snow. The combination of the very cold temperatures and light snow
could make untreated roads slippery for the morning commute to
work. Allow extra time to reach your destination this morning once
the snow arrives.
