The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a Wind Chill
Advisory... which is in effect from midnight tonight to 9 am CST
* Wind chill values will fall to 20 to 30 below zero late tonight
and early Saturday.
* Frostbite can occur in a short period of time if you are
outdoors without appropriate clothing. Bring along a blanket in
your car in case it breaks down and you have to wait for help.
A Wind Chill Advisory means that very cold air and winds will
generate low wind chills. This will result in frostbite and lead
to hypothermia if precautions are not taken. If going outdoors...
make sure you wear a hat and gloves.

... Record low maximum temperatures tied...
Record low maximum temperatures have been tied in two location
today... December 6 2013. Wausau tied the record low maximum
temperature of 5... which was also set back in 2005. Rhinelander
also only reached 5 degrees for a high temperature... which ties
the record low maximum for today... which was also set in 1972.
