... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 4 am to 10 am PST
Friday...
The National Weather Service in Spokane has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for snow... which is in effect from 4 am to 10 am
PST Friday.
A moist frontal system will bring snow accumulations of 1 to 3
inches to the region Friday morning. Highest accumulations will
occur in the Okanogan Valley and on the Waterville Plateau. Due
to the early morning time of arrival it is likely this snow will
stick to Road surfaces making driving slippery and potentially
hazardous Friday morning.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow
covered roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving.
This includes the following locations... Wenatchee... Chelan...
Entiat... Cashmere... Omak... Okanogan... Brewster... Bridgeport...
Oroville... Nespelem... Disautel pass... Waterville... Mansfield...
