Colville, Washington

... A frontal system swept across the region today with light
snowfall occurring in most areas. A period of 3 to 4 hours with 1 to
2 inches of accumulated snowfall was common across the valleys of
eastern Washington. Light snow continues to fall over portions of
extreme eastern Washington and the Idaho Panhandle at the time of
this report. These showers are expected to wind down through the
night with most of the precipitation moving off to the east by the
early morning on Saturday. Below is a preliminary report of storm
