... Heat advisory remains in effect until 8 PM PDT Sunday...

* temperatures... highs in the upper 80s to mid 90s Saturday... then
mid 80s to lower 90s on Sunday. Lows will be in the 50s to lower
60s.

* Impacts... hot temperatures can place extra stress on the body
and possibly lead to dehydration and heat exhaustion. Drink
plenty of fluids.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Take extra precautions... if you work or spend time outside...
reschedule strenuous activities to early morning or evening if
possible. Know the signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat
stroke. Wear light weight and loose fitting clothing when
possible and drink plenty of water. The interior of automobiles
can become very hot creating a danger if children or pets are
left unattended. Check up on relatives and neighbors.
