An onshore push of cool marine air has begun. At 3 PM Shelton had a southwest winds of 25 mph. The temperature in Shelton was just 67 degrees...18 degrees below the same time yesterday. Boaters on Puget Sound a Hood Canal can expect the southwest breeze to increase with areas of 25 knot winds. A Small Craft Advisory has been issued...inexperienced mariners operating smaller vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions and get back to port.
