... Winter Weather Advisory is ended...

The National Weather Service in Seattle has ended the Winter
Weather Advisory for the Cascades. 4 to 8 inches of new snow was
reported above 3500 feet overnight. Showers will decrease today
with addition accumulations only expected to be another couple of
inches.

... Heavy rainfall through tonight will lead to an increased
threat of landslides in western Washington...

Rainfall of more than 5 inches over the past 15 days have saturated
soils across western Washington. Additional rainfall totals
through tonight will be up to 1 inch on the coast... 0.25 to 0.50
in the interior and 1-3 inches in the mountains which will
continue a threat of landslides.
