It will be rainy across western Washington Friday and Saturday. One
front will move across the area slowly on Friday and then a stronger
frontal system will sweep through the area Saturday. People planning
outdoor activities Friday and Saturday should be prepared for wet
weather. Expect possible windy weather on saturday: gale warnings
are possible for the marine areas with wind advisories possible over
the land on Saturday.

Seattle NWS for Saturday August 29th...

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport received 1.28 inches of rain
yesterday. This breaks the old record of 0.87 inch set in 1983.

The Seattle NWS /WFO/ also received 1.28 inches of rain yesterday.
This breaks the old record of 0.47 inch set in 2013.
