... Fischer-Porter rebuild /fpr/ now implemented at several
locations across northeast Oregon and southeast Washington...

This equipment modification will change the way the precipitation
measurement is taken. There will be no change in the quality or the
timeliness of this station's hourly precipitation data /hpd/. Data
will continue to be reported in monthly hpd publications.

The data from fpr gauges will be reported by the National climate data
center /ncdc/ as a monthly product in the hourly precipitation data
/hpd/ bulletin five months after the month of measurement.
