Wednesday...

* locations... eastern New York and adjacent western New England.

* Hazard types... snow... sleet and freezing rain.

* Accumulations... total snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches...
along with up to a tenth of an inch of ice.

* Timing... mixed snow... sleet and freezing rain will become spotty
after midnight... then completely taper off late tonight.

* Impacts... hazardous travel conditions due to snow and ice
covered roads.

* Winds... south 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* Temperatures... in the 20s... rising to between 30 and 35 by
