Showers and isolated thunderstorms continue to develop across the coastal waters and quickly move westwards towards or across parts of the local islands. At least until 130 PM AST...some storms will produce locally heavy rainfall which may lead to ponding of water on roadways...wind gusts up to 30 mph...reduced visibilities...as well as dangerous cloud to ground lightning as they pass by. So far the heaviest rainfall was now moving across parts of Saint Croix... Vieques and towards the southeast coastal sections of Puerto Rico. Lighter amounts were noted streaming across the northeast and north central section of Puerto Rico.
