Statement as of 11:11 AM EST on November 15, 2009 The Flood Warning continues for the Roanoke River at Randolph. * Until late Monday night. * At 10am Sunday the stage was 25.2 feet. * Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 21.0 feet. * The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by tomorrow afternoon. * This crest compares to a previous crest of 24.3 feet on Mar 17 2007.

The antenna at the South Boston NOAA Weather Radio transmitter will be having maitnenance done to it through Monday. NOAA Weather Radio will be off the air until late Monday afternoon.
